Returns & Exchanges

At ASTA RESORT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original packaging with hygiene stickers intact and tags attached to avoid processing delays or rejection.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
